Return & Exchange Policy

AlArbash Centre Jewellery follows the Exchange & Refund Policy set by Ministry of Commerce Law of Kuwait. The policy is as follows:

AlArbash Centre Jewellery formal receipt should be provided for any refund or exchange within 24 hours.

All return/exchange items must be in their original packaging and must be unused, unworn and not damaged.

Production defective item will be exchanged or returned according to the above-mentioned policy.

All returns and exchanges as per policy, will only be accepted at our retail store, AlArbash Centre Jewellery – Kuwait, Hawalli, AlMuhallab Mall

Can the size of my jewellery be adjusted?

Absolutely, yes. We recommend that you try the product when it arrives and if it does not fit the driver will take the measure and we will adjust it and bring it back free of charge. Unless we need to add Diamond or Gold to your jewellery you will be charged.
